Weeds

It is unlawful for any person to permit the growing of weeds or plants exceeding 10 inches in height.  It is the duty of the person occupying or controlling the premises to remove such weeds or plants.

Burning

Open burning of rubbish and lawn waste is prohibited.  Lawn waste includes, but is not limited to: grass, leaves and flowers.  Rubbish includes, but is not limited to: paper, metal, glass, food products and combustible liquids.
