The Planning and Zoning Committee advises and makes recommendations to the Village Board regarding the implementation of the Village’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan, planned unit developments, zoning text and map amendments, special use permits, subdivisions of property in the Village and unincorporated subdivisions that fall within the Village’s 1.5 mile planning jurisdiction. The committee meets as needed.
